Bumble foot in a peahen

Hi, I have been posting a lot maybe too much but I need help with my peahen please. Two weeks ago she was limping mildly but then she got better. Now she is limping very bad I lowered the roost but I don't know what to do. A man that I bought 3 peachicks from said it could fill up with pus.

Will it kill her?
Will it affect her breeding?

Any advice welcome,

Soak the foot in Epsom salt and peel the scab off then express the pus if the foot has swelling. If no swelling do not peel the scab or express. Dress with Fura-Zone and bandage.
