What is this...it's on one of my 23 week Easter eggers.

Looks kind of like dried poop to me. Have you tried to take it off?

Yes, we tried to take it off about a month ago. I thought it was fixed when I cut parts of it off without her hurting, but then I had to leave one part on because when I put the scissor on it, she did not like it. Looks like it got bigger now. But now it's solid hard and looks attached to her

Hmm, that's odd. I'm not sure what it is. It doesn't really look like bumblefoot to me. @Eggcessive @Wyorp Rock

Interesting. Yes, please do get some more. Do you have a helper? Makes it easier.
The first photos I was thinking debris/poop ball stuck in the crevice of her foot, but looking at the last ones, I'm just not quite sure...
