Bumble foot???

I'm about to leave town for a couple days but I just noticed this poor girls feet! Anything I can do??

I'm no bumble foot expert, but I'm not sure that's what it is. I'd at least soak her feet in epsom salts/warm water and apply some kind of slave and then address whatever is up more carefully when you get back. Maybe someone else will post with a more definitive answer.
