Bumble foot

Keep it clean, put some antibiotic ointment on it making sure that one of the ingredient's listed on it isn't a "cane", and then bandage it but not too tight because you don't want to cut off the blood circulation. The chicken may try to peck it off though.
it has bacitracin, neomycin, polymyxin, light mineral oil, white petrolatum.

Sorry to hear your guy isn't doing any better - is he eating/drinking/pooping okay? The triple antibiotic ointment sounds like the right product. How did you wrap the toe, what steps have you taken lately?

From this point, I would treat it like a regular bumblefoot wound; soak him for 5-10 minutes to get it really clean, gently pat dry, apply a good layer of the triple antibiotic ointment all around, then I'd add a nonstick gauze pad, cut into 2 strips (like a plus sign) to wrap the stump, then cover & secure in place with vet wrap. I'd leave that on for 2 days, then check it, and retreat/rewrap if the stump still looked fragile. I'm not certain when you should consider administering an antibiotic medication.
