Bumble foot

Please note, my ducks do not have bumblefoot, they're fine, and healthy! I'm just researching and trying to learn more about this condition.

How fast does the condition escalate without treatment?
How long can ducks survive without treatment? Weeks, months?
Can it reach a point where it becomes fatal?
If the problem was solved (moved onto appropriate soft ground) but the condition is not treated, will it continue to worsen, or stay the same?

1. It can be pretty fast, though im not sure an exact time.
2. In some severe cases, probably weeks. Or less.
3. Yes, absolutely. If it goes on to long to, it can ruin their feet.
4. It will continue to worsen.
