I noticed that one of my chickens had Bumble foot and then another one got it. so I got those doctored and now I have 3 more that have it. How do I get rid of it and make sure no one else in my flock will get it? How can I prevent it?

Yes in addition to what Pastel said, you can sand anything wooden like perches etc to make sure there are no possibilities for splinters. You can also lower roosting bars and put more bedding in the coop so that when the chickens fly down they are on a softer landing. If you have gravel, rocks, any sort of sharper substrate consider replacing/removing it or keeping the chickens away from it.

To get rid of bumblefoot make sure infections are addressed and keep all wounds clean and protected until they are healed.
