Hi, one of my chickens has this weird swelling in her foot. I’ve heard of bumble foot before. Is that what this is? If so what do I do? Will it clear on its own? Shes acting normal otherwise and her toe has always curled like that. It’s just the swelling that’s new.

Bumble foot usually has a black dot in middle of swelling in my experience. In my flock I don't mess with that unless she's is limping or favoring that foot. I soak them in warm water that has some hexacloraphine so? "Hibiclens " for about 15 minutes. Then I pick at scab and get the pus out of it. Then the fun begins to put on antibiotic ( no pain) stuff and wrap it so she doesn't walk with raw wound in dirt. It's a pita. So I don't do it often.
Her nails look like they need clipped. I'd just watch it if it was me IMHO.

Very minor bumblefoot can resolve and the scab can just pop off and leave healed skin underneath; just seen that in one of my hens recently where I really only discovered it after the fact, so there was nothing to treat. But, you hen's situation doesn't look that minor to me. I'm currently treating a similar situation in a different hen of mine and found these two articles useful:

Once the scab is removed and the "kernel" and any other infected material cleaned out, you can use original neosporin ointment into the hole and then wrap the foot. I've also found a product called PRID Drawing Salve useful. I don't have the links on hand but if you search for "prid bumblefoot" on youtube there are some good videos on that as an alternative to cutting into the foot.
