I noticed this on my girl's foot on Monday, I feel horrible for not noticing it sooner, is it bumble foot????
I've had to treat bumble foot in the past but nothing that looked like this.
Just wanted to verify it's bumble foot & not something else.

Looks like bumblefoot to me, probably very uncomfortable. I would definitely treat that. I have chickens, not ducks, so a little different, I'm sure keeping it clean and dry is harder with a duck. I always soak and do non surgical treatment first, link below. I have also used sugardine on some very stubborn ones and had really good results with that, I will link for that also.

Thanks for your advice. I started treating it on Monday with an empsom salt soak & applied a wrap with Neosporin & a drawing salve.

What is their bedding or ground surface like there? The area of the bumblefoot scab looks quite wide. Has she been roosting in a muddy area? What is the weather like there?

Pine shavings in the pen & they mostly stay in the yard but do venture into the woods occasionally.
