Bumblefoot help please

Ok...my tear old roo has bumblefoot. He is a Jersey Giant named Foghorn. A few months ago I noticed something wrong with foot. Soaked it and kept my eye on him. Got worse. I was 120% it was bumblefoot. I did the research and watched a few videos on treatment. Did the soaks first. Then I got the black crusty dot. I dont have a farm vet anywhere around me, which I cant understand as we are in country, so we did operation ourselves. I've had him separated. Been changing bandages and soaking. I have pics of the only medication I could find at tractor supply. These pics are what it looks like right now. Do I need to put him down?

2 weeks ago. I just double checked, wow. Seems like a long time. Last week when I changed the dressing this hardish yellow pussy plug thing came out of it. I thought that was a good sign. But it's still puffy and now it looks white around outside.

Yea that needed to come out. I think as long as he’s still eating I’d just keep cleaning it and replacing bandages for a couple more weeks and see what it looks like then. I just had to do this 2 days ago one of my hens had it on both feet so I’m not an expert on this but I’m goin through the same thing right now.
