3 days ago i found 3/4 of my chickens have bumblefoot problem. One of them had it little big compared to others(little bigger than 1/4") in both feet. I read post from BYC and treated accordingly. There was a little pus while i took off the plug in one feet. i checked inside but nothing else was there. I used triple antibiotic and wrapped it with vet wrap. I soaked the feet in warm water with epsom salt and used alchohol swab to clean the feet before taking off the plug. Today while i took off the bandage, one feet looked healed(pic 1). The other feet also looked healed and quite clean (pic 2) but it is still swollen (pic 3,4). What should i do now?
Also, 2 others have little black dot but no hard skin or plug. Should i keep them under observation only or can do anything?
Thanks for reading this long post. Always appreciate your help and advice🙏

Make sure you keep the area clean and keep an eye on their feet. If you are able to I would wash their feet every day and make sure the area that they are in is clean. That is really weird that 3/4 of your chickens have bumblefoot.

Thanks for the reply. Actually i have 15 chickens. I found black scab on two of them. other two has just black dot on the feet pad. There were small stone in their run. I'm not sure if they have cut their feet in those stones. But i removed as much as possible stones from the run.
