Bumblefoot or something different?

One of my barred rock hens has a wound on the top of each foot. She has been limping a bit too. No swelling or inflammation. Nothing on her foot pads, no black lesions.Just a bloody scab on each foot. Also a little black on the scales of her toes which is worrying me. I soaked her legs/feet in warm water and poured some hydrogen peroxide on them. Any thoughts on what this could be? Any thoughts on what this could be or how to treat? See photo.

Welcome to BYC. It looks like an injury or from pecking. I would use some Vetericyn or betadine on any wounds. Make sure that another chicken is not bullying her.
