Bumblefoot - really bad and I don't know what to do - Please Help

You'll feel the "lumpy" pieces and yes, you will wonder "is that one??" If I think there's one, I will cut in and you'll see it - it's lighter and kinda yellowy. My biggest problem is getting hold of them with the tweezers. Slippery stuff. Be sure and put a sock over his head - he'll be alot calmer. Keep us posted!
