Bumblefoot Surgery question, please

Okay we have a leghorn with bumblefoot in both feet. Last night we cut the scabs off and tried our best to pull out a plug. Got tons of puss, but not really a plug. The skin on top of her toes, between the toes is swollen and tonight I guess we will cut down from the top. My question, do we have to cut between every toe that is swollen or just in one place? Poor girl, she did better than me. I will be feeling for a hard something tonight.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you I have read that thread. I just have this particular question about the top of the foot and how many places to cut.
