I couldn't get it out on one foot either...I had to all the big guns in (DH) to do the deed.

I can in the morning. My chicken are actually locked up and it is dark here. I'll take a pic when I go out to let them out in the morning.

Does it still feel hard?I would keep her off the dirt for awhile so she doesn't get another infection.
