My duck, Belle, started limping today and this is what her foot looks like. Is this bumblefoot? It's swollen in two places. What should I do for it at this stage?

Looks like bumble, I'd start doing epsom salt soaks (careful she doesnt drink any). About 10 minutes daily.
It will probably need the scab removing, and emptying, but before doing this ensure you have supplies, vet wrap or boots are important.
You could do this from home, or through a vet if possible.
@Miss Lydia will hopefully be able to instruct on exact treatments

Yep that's bumble. Start the ES soaks you'll need to keep these up until you can easily get the scab off by using your fingernail to lift the edge [you want the scab to come off without tearing good skin.] after soaks you can try a drawing ointment and wrap or use an antibiotic ointment. But eventually, you will have to open it up and get the infection out just take your time.

Thank you! When I wrap her foot, can I just leave her in her yard to swim and forage like usual? Does vet wrap usually stay on during daily activity?

When using vet wrap on ducks foot be sure to go up around the ankle area too that will help keep the wrap on. Just be sure to wrap snug but not cut off circulation. I wouldn't let her swim unless the wrap is off or it will be soaked and will wash off any ointment you have on. Plus the bandage would become soggy.

Does this look like it's progressing the way it should? The swelling might be down some but the spot isn't hard like a scab. It's more like a soft callous and I don't know how I'm supposed to take it off like I would a scab. After fresh bandages she immediately traipses into the wettest mud patches she can find, so her bandages have been pretty soaked even without swimming water 🙄.
