I noticed these bumps on the feet of one of my girls. I think it might be Bumblefoot, but I am not 100% sure. I don't see a black dot. Should I do the treatment as if it is Bumblefoot?

You need to clean off the bottom of the feet, see what is dirt and what is not. It does look like bumblefoot, but need to see a clean foot bottom to know for sure. Once the foot is clean, you will see the lesion which will be a dark spot looking like a scab. If you soak the foot in epsom salts for 20-30 minutes everything should soften up. Once it's clean and soft you can remove the lesion/scab and usually squeeze out all the gunk that way. The swellings between the toes are full of pus if it's bumblefoot. Tweezers and q tips help. All the gunk has to come out for healing to happen. Sometimes you may have to do it more than once if everything isn't gotten out. Chicken pus is firm, like cheese, and white or creamy colored.
This is generally how I do bumblefoot the majority of the time:

It's also possible that maybe there are mudballs that have gotten into nooks and crannies of the foot. Those build up slowly over time, usually a mix of droppings and dirt, are hard as concrete and can sometimes resemble bumblefoot. The foot is too dirty to tell for sure.
Pictures once it's cleaned up will help.

I'd give her foot a soaking in a warm epsom salt bath, take an old tootbrush to lightly scrub the debris off the bottom of her footpad and toes.
Once you've done that, you'll be able to get a better look at the foot, but to me it looks like she's got a dirt/poop ball stuck in the webbing of her foot. Work on pressing that out, flush well. The skin will be stretched out a bit, but hopefully this will take care of the irritation and she'll be walking just fine afterward. You'll have to monitor her foot every once in a while and clean it out as needed.

I will be soaking her feet in Epson Salt and clean them off. I ordered some of the PRID Drawing Salve and bandages, too. Once I get that done, I will give an update! Thank you All for answering quickly and helping me to help my girl ❤️

If it's just debris/poop ball stuck in the crease of her foot and you are able to just pop or pry it out, then likely you won't need Prid nor bandages unless the skin is damaged somehow.

Agreed, hopefully it's just a mudball stuck in there. If it is, then a good idea to start checking feet regularly, since your soil conditions appear to be optimal for that. The smaller they are the easier to deal with.

Sorry that some pictures are a little blurry.

It looks like it was impacted poop!
I soaked her feet for 20 minutes in Epson Salt and then pushed on the bubble and was able to pry the poop balls out (photo included!). The skin inside the pocket looks intact and no oozing. I will continue to check their feet, and if her bubbles don't go down, I will do another soak.

Thank you Everyone for your help on how to treat her!

Great!
I'm glad you were able to work those out and the skin looks good:)
