I picked up my hen today to check up on her and see if everything thing was okay, I noticed this on her feet. I touched it and it kind of felt like a scab but it was soft. She didn’t flinch or react to my touch. I’ve never dealt with bumblefoot and I’m hoping it’s not that. Does anyone know what it is? And what I can do?

That is either bumblefoot or it's dirt and droppings that has imbedded in the foot (commonly called mud balls). The bottom foot may be mud balls, the top one I suspect is bumblefoot. I would soak the feet to soften it up, and clean them off well, a soft toothbrush works, and get a better look at what is there. Pictures would help then. It's not an emergency, but if it is bumblefoot then it needs to be dealt with. The earlier you treat the easier it is to deal with. Once they are cleaned up, clear pictures in good lighting is helpful in seeing what's going on.
