Bumblefoot

I noticed my hen limping a little last week. When I checked her foot I found what I'm assuming is bumblefoot. We soaked it in Epsom salt and my husband popped the scab off. A small amount of blood came out but no other drainage. We applied vetericyn spray and some triple antibiotic, then bandaged it. Two days later did the same thing, the scab was back so we soaked it again, got the scab off and a small amount of clear fluid came out. Applied the same med and bandaged it. There doesn't seem to be a kernel or anything that we can feel. Its not getting worse, but not getting better either. She is limping a bit but otherwise normal. What do I do?

Here is an article about someone whose rooster had bumblefoot, and there's was a lot like your chicken. I hope this is helpful to you, and hope your chicken gets rid of it!
