Soak in epsom salts or salt water.

Use your Iodine. You are not going to be cutting into the foot right. Instead you are using a non-surgical approach to get the scab to loosen up and hopefully you can pull the kore out after a few days.

Hii! So I did the iodine + the antibiotic cream I sent on this thread and soaked her
I couldn't find any core tho?
This was her this morning - idk if it's working well
I don't want to soak her whilest the wound is fresh cuz that seems painful
Will it be painful?

(She's bandaged aswell. I'm rlly hopefully it goes away but I don't think I did it right?)

Looks like it may be more of a surface scab. Did the scab come off on its own?

I'd soak, then dry the foot well. Apply just a light layer of the antibiotic ointment and wrap.

I soaked her in 10 min intervals and then took it off with tweezers, put the ointment on and then wrapped
