we have been treating a duck with bumble foot for around a week now. we soak her feet in Epsom salts and then apply Neosporin. she still walks with a limp but I have noticed the swelling has gone down a bit. I was wondering if she is getting better. she still lays normal. I will pick up bayotril on Monday and will use it if needed. I would like to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks

My vote is a qualified yes. Caught early, not much effort is required though it takes a few weeks.

If it is fairly far along, it is more difficult, and a systemic infection needs antibiotics, in my opinion.

There are at least a couple of ways I have seen people treat it successfully - I have used the soaking with triple antibiotic method, some members soak then use a drop of clear iodine, wait 3 to 5 days, soak again and pull the scab and some of the infected material off, retreat as necessary.
