Bump between hens toes

[Chestnut Buttercup]

my hen chestnut has a soft but hard bump between her toes. It’s like soft as it’s at the webbing area but then the bump itself is hard. I searched online and it said it could be gout or bumblefoot but im not sure which it is. She’s still eating and drinking and walking around. Is there anyway to treat it? I don’t have a vet around me.
