Bump between toes

Is this concerning. My older children are very observant (yay!), and they noticed this between the toes of one of our hens. Thoughts? Should we do something?

It looks like a sting of some sort. I would soak her in a warm Epsom salt bath for about 15 minutes then apply original neosporin on it. (Without pain relief). Continue to apply 2-3 time day as needed.

Just until you see that it isn’t inflamed. It looks pretty sore.

If you haven't already, you may want to check the bottom of the foot also. Bumble foot will sometimes cause a swelling spreads in between the toes.

It looks like a bug bite. I would just spray a bit of Bluekote on it to hide the red. Wound Spray is another brand that colors the wounds blue. Look for gentian violet on the label.
