Bump on chicks head! Please help!!

Hi everyone,
This is a chick that a customer bought from me. It recently developed a small bump on it’s head. It is a lavender Araucana. I attached the pics sent by the customer. Btw I don’t know why he’s strangling it. Please help, any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!!

Doesn't look like he's strangling it. Ask him if it's soft and squishy or hard?

He said it was squishy and only noticed it today. He also said there’s a bullying issue with the bigger chicks pecking him.

Could be a feather cyst or a well, have him keep an eye on it but it should go away
