Bump on nostril

My 6 week old barred rock developed a bump on her right nostril today. It doesn't seem to bother her and there isn't any mucous or drainage. She's acting normally otherwise and she seems happy. Any ideas what it is? What should I do?

It could be feed that has become solid, and is blocking the nostril. I would try to soften it with a small amount of hydrogen peroxide, QTips, and a toothpick or other instrument. You can also Google "how to treat a blocked nostril in chickens" for a good article.
