I recently noticed that my sweet Piper has a swollen bump on top of her head and I noticed today she has a fleshed color lump on the side of her face. She is eating and drinking water and no signs of breathing issues. Any thoughts on what may be going on with her?

Have you ever noticed coughing, sneezing, mucous from the nostrils or dealt with respiratory illness within your flock?

To me, it looks like she's got a sinus and eye infection. Look inside her beak to see if there's any canker or lesions.
Look inside her ears for any infection.
General care is to flush eyes with saline and apply Terramycin eye ointment in the eye. Press any pus out of the eye.

If you have vet care, that would be best. If she doesn't improve with you tending to the eye 2X a day for a week or if she worsens, then you may need to administer an antibiotic like Tylosin to help clear up infection.

I haven’t noticed any signs of coughing, sneezing or mucous and she is still a happy hen. I’ll look to see if she has an infection in her ears.
I will start flushing her eye and using ointment.
Thank you for your help!
