Bumps on neck

Today, I found my one-year-old hen sitting alone in the corner while everyone else was eating. She moved really slowly when I went to pick her up, and she kept shaking her head. I found two large bumps on the side of her neck. They were side by side, and they were pink with a black dot in the middle. They felt kind of soft. Also, she can't stand up very easily, and she keeps falling over. I'll try to get some pictures later today. Does anyone know what this might be?

Im not very good with these things but ill give it try if they have bunp on the neck and cant walk ur chicken could have gotten bitten by but im not sure why she is having a hard time walking but hope you find some help with tht

Im not sure what could've bitten her, but thats kind of what it looked like at first. I think its something else though, but thanks anyways for helping
