bumps on skin

i hatched out a chic this morning and he was shrinked wrapped, so i helped him out, he has little bumps on his hair, he was in the incub all day and never dried,i washed him and his hair was falling out,what could this be, please help

posting pis would help. is he chirping and walking around? id put him somewhere warm and dry and just leave him and dont mess with him anymore if hes walking and acting fine
