What are these on my FCBM?

It sort of looks like fowl pox. have you noticed it on any other chickens?

It could be a mild case of fowl pox especially if you have mosquitoes out now. Fowl pox virus is spread by mosquitoes, and lasts about 3-4 weeks. Most grown birds get better if they don’t have any secondary infections.
