Bumpy egg question ?

What do you guy think about this egg ?

Also my other hen layed its egg out side the coop she has been ok for about 2 months and now this.

You're welcome. You'll see a variety of weird eggs if you own chickens long enough. We get so used to the every-one-being-identical eggs from the grocery store, but even the commercial egg farms get their share of weird eggs. They are just removed before packaging.
As for your other hen laying outside. Do you have more than one nest box? Have you "salted" the nest with golf balls or fake eggs? Then again, if your kids are grabbing the eggs as soon as the hen lays them she might not like the disturbance.

The laying of the egg outside happens. I would say 99% of the time my hens lay in their nest boxes. Every now and then I will get one layed outside in the run or on the floor in the coop. It's just one of those things that happens. Maybe it came out before she was ready. Or maybe she felt like the easter bunny and wanted to hide it on you haha

It will happen from time to time though.

I gess it was just a one day thing the egg came out just fine and normal today.

My other hen layed her egg in the nest box. No easter egg hunting to day. I have 3 boxes and 2 hen so they can pick there box.
