Bunny Hutch Finished!!!

We finished our bunny hutch this weekend!! I am so excited to have it done! It matches my chicken coops and looks sooooo cute! My DH is just as excited because the bunnies are moved out of the barn (read man cave). The bunnies are also very happy in their new home. Just had to share!!

Thanks, it was easier to build than the coops thats for sure! I don't think I will be asking DH to build me anything else for a while.

I've been asking him to build me some rabbit cages by we could never agree on what we wanted done.
Do the cages open up in the back?
Do the little holes lead to a shelter built in?
If so,how do you get the rabbits if they are in the front of the cage.

Do the cages open up in the back?

The whole roof lifts up so you can feed, water, clean. We just hold the top open with a prop stick. I will try to get a picture later today at nap time.

Do the little holes lead to a shelter built in?

Yes the holes lead into a small sheltered area with the food and water.

If so,how do you get the rabbits if they are in the front of the cage.

We usually don't have a problem getting the bunnies out, they all come when we call them. It is strong enough that if you had to you could climb in and reach to the front, I am hoping I don't have to do that.
