What makes me sad is that this woman could have been raising them for economical meat for her extended family for all we know, in this economy, who knows? And they shut her down for sheer numbers...
I feel bad for her kinda. If that was the case. If she was just collecting and hoarding and neglecting, well then that's another story.

My SIL moved in, then out, of a rental cottage after finding out that the owner had cats in the outbuilding's freezer.
