My bunny is 6 months old, just had her first litter of healthy kits. She was fine yesterday looking normal but today i noticed her vulva is swollen with clear jelly like stuff under the skin around it.
It is like a blister. She doesn't have any other symptoms, no sneezing, respiratory issues, scabs, pus, leaking of liquids, nothing around her eyes or injuries, no splinters. She has clean bedding, hasn't been exposed to any sick bunnies or been outside yet, just seprate so far. No vet where i live so i need to treat it myself but i have been breeding for 10 years and haven't seen anything like this, can't find anything similar online.
She is eating and drinking normally, not grinding teeth or showing discomfort, full of energy and strong. It is like she doesn't even know it is like that, it is more me just being concerned.
I don't know if this is just her body reacting to having her first litter and if it will go away on its own or if it is something i should worry about.
What is going on here?
How do i treat it if it needs treated?
Will it go away on its own?
