I want to say it is 5:30 to noon. I will double check. Gates open at 6am, not 5:30. I will be directing traffic for parking. See you there!

Yes, there is. I heard it was $10 per spot? I could be wrong. I do know that there will be spaces painted on to the grassy area for set up. If you're going to be there, look for me! My farm logo will be posted at my table! There are others from IA posting info for this on the "IA Here" thread.

I am asking one of the guys running it for more info.

From what I understand, you can reserve a spot. That lot will be marked with paint and marked with a stake--so you don't have to camp out anymore to get a good spot! If you want the same spot, you can reserve it for the whole summer if you want. Those lots run around the perimeter next to the paved roads. The roofed area will also be marked out and sold as reserved spots.

We will be also parking people on the grass interiors. If you don't pay to reserve a spot, then there's a good chance that's where you will be. I don't know what the fee to park there is--hopefully I will be able to tell you soon.

I'll let you know more as I get the info.

Here's what's going on with the fees at Burlington this year:

The entry fee is $2 per auto. It applies to all. If the vendor wants to be beside any of the roads, there is a $20 fee per 20 foot wide and approximately 30 feet deep spot on a first come first serve basis excluding the ones that are staked as reserved. Reserved lots are $150 per year and this guarantees them a lot of their choice, for the season, that will be staked with their name. Free set up spaces are also available on the interior of the grass areas SE & SW of the Arena, along the ditch on the east road and east of the Arena. The interior of the gravel lot is also a free area but it is surrounded by 3 roads. All roads require a 30 foot set back for the “free areas” in order not to be charged. The grass islands in the south parking lots are also pay spots. Reserved spots are only by the year and payment needs to have been paid for in advance. Even if a vendor sets up and pays the $20 lot rent a couple of times and then wants to reserve the spot for the rest of the year, the fee will still be $150 minus the lot rent that they paid the first two times. No reserving for individual dates! All dates or none.

I would like to set up a table or two in the free area. Can I go out sat. afternoon and rope off a area with my name on it. Or does the people running the meet do that.
