Light Brahma hen or roo?

I have this light Brahma that is about 16 weeks old. I am pretty sure it’s a cockerel but he’s so skittish. I have him as an inside chicken bc as he was growing up, I had respiratory run through my flock outside so I never integrated him. More he’s so old, I’m wondering when I can bc I have 4 roosters in my outside flock of 30+. .
