This is kind of a snarky question, but also a serious one... about chicken poop.

Chickens poop. A lot. Anywhere and everywhere, right? At least mine do. I do not think they are sick, the poops look very healthy.

My question is for all these pictures I see other members posting of their chicks and chickens at all life stages in the house. Like standing on the couch... or the BED???

How are these chickens not crapping everything up? I do not trust any chicken to not poop on my bed. So this makes me question if my chickens poop too much. (Or are some people just okay with poop on their furniture? :sick)

:pop

I honestly dont know why people would even wnat their chickens it their house. Its not like the chickens need or even want a bed to sleep on. There isnt even anyrhing fun to do in the house for a chickens. Also, my chickens poop everywhere too. I would not trust them not to poop in my house.

Some people have pot belly pig for pet instead of a dog. Different strokes for different folks. You'll not see one of my birds with a diaper. Yes, chicken diapers do exist and folks use them. There are even people who knit cotton sweaters for birds thinking it will keep them warm! Wet cotton...my god that would be cold.

I'll cuddle my baby chicks in my recliner for small blocks of time, and sometimes they poop on me....but mostly they wait until I put them back OR give them to my husband. :ya I handed him a baby the other day and it pooped on him twice in a row!.. the second one was cecal too :gig:sick
