Does anyone else get a little irritated with businesses that have websites, but don't answer emails at all? It makes no sense to me. Why have a website with an email contact listed, but not answer emails?
I find it to be very frustrating. I am still recovering from having part of my throat removed several months ago so making phone calls is very difficult. I am stunned at the number of businesses that don't respond to even very simple one question inquiries.
I took an e-business class about ten years ago when I had my real estate license and in the class we learned that people will be more angered with a business that has a website and doesn't respond to inquiries than if the business had no website at all. I can totally believe that now.
