Butcher day

Saturday will be my first time butchering my turkeys. Any tips? I don’t have a plucker. Do I still scald and hand pluck? Thanks y’all!
I do recommend scalding to loosen the feathers. Unless you have an amazing amount of hand strength. 145°F until the feathers pull easily. Usually less than a couple minutes. Pull the tail, pull the wing feathers. Touchy feely depending on a lot of things.
