What about butchering extra roosters for others?

Last year when so many farm stores were selling out of SR chicks I knew people would inevitably want to get rid of roosters, so I put the word out that I’d take all the unwanted males. Most were EE’s or other standard sized dual purpose breeds already crowing and just a few weeks from butchering age, so the feed cost was minimal. I put them on pasture in a chx tractor far from my layers.
People needed to get rid of roosters and I got nearly free meat. Win-win! I pressure canned all of the meat- bone in thighs and legs, breasts shred so easily, gallons of stock, and the livers were dehydrated for dog treats. Waste not- want not.
