I have been looking every where and I am so visual I just cant do it with out seeing it!! and a photo wont hel pit needs to be in person or a video!!! any one ever find a link?

You don't have to skin it... the skin is delicate, and can tear easily, but it is oh so yummy when cooked just right.

It's just easier sometimes to skin it and not worry about all the feathers.
 
I DID IT!!!! I culled three birds today. it was SUPER easy. the only thing I did difernt that the post about with the link to the thread on butchering was I cut the chest open and then cut the vent area off keeping the intestines intace. no poo mess and no crop mess either!! I will post photos after I get my kids from school!
