Butchering dual purpose breeds-when to butcher

When do most people butcher dual purpose breeds? my BOs are almost three months old and don't look too meaty yet

I like to butcher the dual purpose roosters at 5-6 months old. I've found it to be the best compromise for amount of meat and tenderness.
