Butt emergency!

She definitely has poopy butt, so changing her feed to be a wet mash and providing ample grit would be the first move. I'd also cut the feathers under the vent that are getting wet and poopy to prevent fly strike, infection, and a build up of poo. Make sure she has more than enough food and grit.
She has a hard crop though. I don't know if food would be a good idea at the moment.

What does she normally eat? Do you have granite poultry grit out for her to take on her own? Check her crop first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything, and let us know if it is empty or still full and hard. She may be very constipated and the vent is bulged out. Give her water and some chilled coconut oil cut into small pieces to peck. Then massage her crop several times a day. Let us know how she is doung in the morning.

Sadly I don't think she will make it. I don't want to sound negative but she's in bad shape
