She has a hard crop though. I don't know if food would be a good idea at the moment.She definitely has poopy butt, so changing her feed to be a wet mash and providing ample grit would be the first move. I'd also cut the feathers under the vent that are getting wet and poopy to prevent fly strike, infection, and a build up of poo. Make sure she has more than enough food and grit.
