Butt popped out

My chicken has a really poopy butt and a red rawness on her butt. It almost looks like she pooped part of her intestines out. any pointers.

For the most part, it's clean it up best you can, stuff it back in, and keep the hen in a quiet dark place to prevent further egg laying. Application of honey or prepH can reduce swelling and help it push back in/stay in.

You can try reading through the experiences of others to see what you can do. I've not had a hen prolapse myself.
