Butt problem on baby chicken

Last weekend, we got 8 baby ISA brown chicks from tractor supply. All of them have grown very well, except for one, who has an issue with her butt. (warning: graphic image attached). Does anyone have advice on how to sooth and help this baby chick?

Did someone give you a solution yet?
‘I’ll give you a bump to the top in case the answer is no.

In the mean time, in my personal opinion, I would make sure she is in a safe and clean environment so nobody can injure her for being different and clean her butt as good as possible.

Thank you so much both, I am happy to say that the chick has recovered and is starting to grow again. There is one other chick that we put her with, and even though the healthy chick is much bigger than this one, she is very nice and they sleep together.
