I have 4 chickens, they are all about 6-7 months old. We were getting eggs from each girl on pretty much a daily basis until a few weeks ago we would get 1 maybe 2 so I did come research on byc and decided maybe it was time to start using the heat lamp in the coop at night which seemed to work for 3 of them but no luck on our Americauna....Also two of the chickens like to pick on the Americana and our brown leghorn. Both of them have bare spots on their backs about 1 1/2" in diameter towards their backs, by the tail feathers and the Americanas tail feathers were plucked a long time ago. i am new at this so I dont know what to do about them hen pecking these 2 and if the hen pecking is why poor Buttercup isnt laying, we have not gotten eggs from her in weeks...I am so worried about her! What do I need to do for my girls?? HELP!!
