Buttercup????

This is an "exotic chick" from MMH. I'm guessing a Buttercup pullet. The chick is 4weeks old. Any guesses are appreciated!

hmmmmm...could be... looks a lot like the pics on feathersite. They have such neat combs! I would say either that or maybe an EE. Good luck! I hope it's something neat

Maybe it was a racoon in a former life...a racoon that ate chickens and had to come back as a chicken!

If you can see two almost parallel combs then it is a buttercup. Mine look just like that.

Looks like and EE to me. It is hard to see the comb from that angle but it appears to be a pea comb.

I checked the comb this morning. It does look like a single comb. Unless the Buttercup pullets have a pea comb? I'm sure it's a EE roo though. I've never gotten a pullet as one of the 'extra' chicks...That's just fine. He's a pretty thing. (handsome....)

well the coloring looks buttercupish but the comb not so much.
i have a female BC and her comb is amazing (she's the chicken in my avatar pic). it is a double comb, like the males and pretty spectacular although not quite as elaborate.
