Butterflies! pics

For about two weeks now, we've been getting a bunch of butterflies coming from the north. This happens every year at about this time, but not as much as this year! I guess they're migrating into Mexico to lay they're eggs. Well, today we got much more than usual. There were schools giving out butterfly nets to children!


I was able to get some pics of butterflies that got stuck in my soccer net:

Rio, I am the desert in SoCal and we are having a real problem with them. There are so many that windshields are orange when I get home. Pretty until you hit 15,678 of them on your way home.

Wow. They only live for five days. I pretty sure they'll be gone by next week.
