Craigslist is usually the best source of local birds. Ebay has tons of coturnix hatching eggs as well.

Vails quail also ships quail eggs you may want to check them out. I usually recommend James Marie Farms for the best quality stock but they are not shipping any eggs until the new year I've heard.
