This is a bad picture and maybe it's too early to tell, but any ideas?
Reddish feathers on the vent area means its a boy right?

I would vote for boy, although it does look a little young to be sure.

I can't see the vent very well if there are redish feathers it is a boy. If not girl

Yep, red vent feathers=boy (most of the time). I don't see any in the pic, but pics are hard to identify sometimes.
