Button Quail Breeders / Owners in Australia?

Guess mine are the unusual ones. They all get along and groom each other. There seems to be no peeking order and they have all nested together. The male is the king and calls for the females and rounds up his wives. He is very protective when they are laying eggs and guards each one. At night they all sleep together in a group.

I keep mine in pairs, becoz with just two they do really well.
The only time mine are in groups more than two is when they haven't reached maturity yet and are all mixed together, or when i have them in all male or all female groups, before i pair them up.
The other plus to having them in pairs is you know who laid which eggs, and its easier to keep track of who's related to who.
