Button Quail Eggs & Coturnix Quail Eggs - Lets Get It Right This Time

Ok my Button quail eggs are on day 11
My Coturnix quail eggs are on day 10

i'm confused.. there are soooooo many people saying different days to stop turning both breeds of quail eggs i'm not sure what day to stop turning on now...

we all need to get it right this time so we all can know don't you think?

cuz one mintue i'm seeing stop turning the coturnix eggs on day 13 then 15 then 14 then 16

and the button eggs i see people saying stop turning on day 13 then 15 then 14 then 11????.... well i'm not taking my button eggs off the turner at day 11 i know for a fact thats to soon

but I and others need to know the right day to do these things so what do you think?????

Some people turn up to the day of hatch....but I usually stop turning 2-3 days before hatch. So with cortunix I would stop turning on the 13-14th day.

My cortunix eggs will be day 14 this friday.. and my whole day friday i have plans cuz the holiday and my button egg will be day 14 this thursday hmmmmmmm

I hatched button quails a couple weeks ago. I turned for the last time on day 14 and upped the humidity. All of the fertile eggs hatched. I have 43 more in the bator now and we're on day 5. Good luck!!

My cortunix hatched on day 16 this time around.

My buttons that I just hatched I stopped turning on day 14. They all hatched about 36 hrs later mid way though day 16.

So best bets are stop turning on day 14 with both Cortunix and Button?

My buttons hatched at Day 18, my coturnix on Day 19. I stopped turning the buttons on Day 14 and my coturnix on Day 15.

I think my temps ran a little low during the hatch- however I was unaware of it at the time, because I just now figured out that my thermometer needs new batteries.
